Hi, I’m Madeline Wang.

I started 7Cs Leadership Workshop to help adolescents develop leadership skills and mindset, namely Critical Thinking, Communication, Creativity, and Collaboration, Confidence, Compassion, Consciousness (the 7Cs).  I deeply believe that these 7Cs drive long-term success and fulfillment. 

I have had the pleasure to work with hundreds of parents and students, and everyone is different yet similar. It’s a privilege to be in a unique position — as a teacher, mentor, parent, and entrepreneur - to seek answers to some tough challenges in raising adolescents today.

My family and I live in Lexington, MA. My own professional and personal journeys include: boarding schools in China and New England; BA magna cum laude from Harvard University; MBA from MIT Sloan School; management consulting at McKinsey; investment banking at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank; corporate executive roles in renewable energy; and several entrepreneurial endeavors. Currently, I serve on the Advisory Board of Commonwealth Shakespeare Company, the Steering Committee at the XIX Society at St. Paul’s School, and that at Browning the Green Space.
